CE Presentation Objectives:
- Identify and define key strengths and weaknesses of leaders, including their use of particular leadership styles
- Express flexibility in adapting to different situations and the use of leadership styles that best fit their circumstances
- Build awareness of the effects of their leadership styles on others
- Identify and augment the ability to overcome barriers to leading effectively, especially the ability to match leadership styles to followers and situations
- Describe the role of a pharmacist’s network in effective leadership and how to assess strengths and weaknesses in their networks
