Special consideration will be given to Collaborative Drug Therapy (CDTM) demonstration projects.

Each award includes a $2,000, 1 hotel accommodation, a certificate of achievement  and 1 registration to the NYSCHP Annual Assembly at the Turning Stone in Verona, New York. Awards will be presented at the NYSCHP Installation and Awards Banquet, Friday, May 3, 2013.

The REF asks that you share this information with your faculty and students.  Encourage them to apply for The REF Research Awards Program for support of their educational services and their research projects. Applications for The Awards Program can be obtained at: http://nyschpref.org/
